Overview

The BenQ DuoBoard is a premium interactive display designed for corporate conference rooms. Running Android, it can run the Meeting Room 365 app directly or display your meeting room calendar through the built-in browser. The DuoBoard's large touchscreen makes it perfect for interactive room booking where employees can walk up and reserve a room on the spot. Its built-in computing power means no external devices are needed — just install Meeting Room 365 and you're ready to go.

Create Your Account

Sign up for a free trial at admin.meetingroom365.com. Connect your Office 365, Exchange, or Google Workspace calendar.

Add Your Room

Add your meeting room calendar in the Meeting Room 365 admin portal. Configure display settings, themes, and branding.

Install the App

The BenQ DuoBoard runs Android. Download Meeting Room 365 from the Google Play Store or sideload the APK. Enter your display URL.

Configure & Launch

Use the BenQ DuoBoard's built-in app management to set Meeting Room 365 as the default app. Configure screen pinning for kiosk mode.
