Included for every display

What you'd expect in a room display,
and all of it is included.

One-tap reservations

Book an available room with a single tap, for the next few minutes or a slot later in the day.

Extend meetings

Running long and nobody is waiting? Keep the room with one tap, without leaving the conversation.

End meetings early

Finish ahead of time and release the room, so the next person can see it is free.

Room Finder

An overview of every space, from any display, so a taken room points to the nearest open one.

Report room issues

Let people report a dead screen or missing chair from the tablet, routed to the support system you already run.

Message banners

Put important information in front of everyone at once: closures, fire drills, all-hands.

Customization, with no extra fees

Every pixel is yours to change.

Start in the Theme Builder and restyle a display without touching code. Pick from dozens of pre-built themes. Then, when you want something no theme covers, drop in your own CSS and JavaScript for animated and video backgrounds, modal windows, or your own fonts. All of it is in the $9 display price: no design tier, no per-feature upsell.

  • Theme Builder, for restyling without code
  • Custom CSS & JavaScript for finer control
  • Modal windows to add your own functionality

Calendar integration

Plugs straight into your existing calendar system.

Connect Microsoft 365, Exchange, or Google Workspace and your rooms stay in sync both ways. Book, extend, or release a room from the door and it lands in Outlook or Google Calendar, and a booking made at someone's desk shows up on the door.

Connect with least-privilege permissions or a limited service account.
No calendar data is ever stored on our servers. GDPR-compliant.

Localization & internationalization

Every display, in your users' language.

Sixteen languages ship with the app, and each display picks its own, so a single account can run English on one floor and Japanese on another. Need a language we don't cover, or your own wording for "Available"? Edit one translation file and it's yours.

  • 16 languages out of the box, set per display
  • Add any language with a translation file
  • Date & time formats matched to the locale
  • Full right-to-left script support

Utilization & availability

See what's actually getting used.

Before you go looking for more square footage, find out whether you have a shortage at all. Detailed analytics show which rooms get booked the most, which sit empty, and the hours when space is easiest to find, so you can tell your team where to go instead of guessing. Turn on automatic cancellation and no-show meetings hand their time back to the pool.

Hardware & deployment

Runs on a long list of devices.

Native apps for iOS, Android, and Fire OS, plus web displays for Windows, Linux, and anything else with a browser. Mount a new iPad, repurpose the tablets in the storage closet, or drive an e-ink sign.

Reuse legacy hardware

Legacy theme

A lightweight compatibility theme that runs on decade-old devices (iPad 2, iOS 9.3.5, Android 4.4.2), so aging tablets get a second life instead of a trip to the e-waste bin.

Getting started

Evaluate, provision, deploy.

No proprietary hardware to order and no installer to schedule. The longest step is usually waiting on your own change window.

01

Try it on a real tablet

Install the app and explore the full demo on hardware you already have. No account, no calendar connection, nothing to uninstall afterwards.

02

Provision rooms & hardware

Create the room resources on Microsoft 365, Exchange, or Google, connect them with least-privilege access, and plan your mounts and power.

03

Deploy across the building

Push the app to every tablet through your MDM, and each display picks up its room, theme, and language on first launch.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

We support older versions of iOS starting with 9.3.5 (iPad 2, iPad mini) and Android starting with 4.4.2, plus similar FireOS versions based on Android 4+. Note that these older operating systems can only run our legacy (v2) compatibility theme. Newer devices run the full native theme and all custom themes.
Yes. That’s what the legacy theme is for. An iPad 2 or Android 4.4 tablet that would otherwise be e-waste can become a working door display. It’s a low-cost, low-waste way to outfit rooms with hardware you already own.
Start with the Theme Builder for restyling without code, pick from dozens of pre-built themes, or go further with custom CSS, JavaScript, modal windows, and animated or video backgrounds. Logos, colors, and full localization are included, with no extra fees.
Yes. We support MDM services that use the AppConfig standard, including Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, VMware Workspace ONE, and many others, so you can provision and manage displays at scale.
For Microsoft 365 you can connect each resource mailbox directly with least-privilege access, or set up a limited service user with delegate permission to your room calendars. Google Workspace uses calendar read/write for the service user’s shared calendars. Exchange supports all versions, with options like IP and User-Agent allowlisting.
$9 per display per month, or $99 per year, about 10% off. Every theme, the theme builder, custom CSS, localization, analytics, and MDM are included, with no per-user fees and no premium tiers. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
