Yes. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Set up as many products and screens as you like and evaluate everything before you pay a cent.
You pay by the screen. Most products are $9 per screen per month: a door display, an in-room TV. Visitor Kiosk is $49 per kiosk per month (or $499 a year), and Status Board is a free add-on. You only pay for the screens you actually run.
Pay annually and save around 10%: a $9 screen is $99 a year instead of $108. Larger products save more (Visitor Kiosk is $499 a year). You can switch between monthly and annual anytime.
Yes. A single account runs the whole suite from one dashboard. Add or remove products and screens whenever you like, with no new contract, and your branding and settings carry across every screen.
Anytime. Switch between monthly and annual or change what you run whenever you like, and we’ll refund the unused portion of your bill or apply a pro-rated credit.
Yes. Email and chat support is included for every customer at no extra charge, available during business hours Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
On the monthly or yearly anniversary of your first payment, usually the same day of the month. You can always see and manage billing from your admin dashboard.
We invoice in US Dollars, but accept payment in EUR, GBP, NZD, AUD, SGD and PLN via bank transfer. Most international cards are also handled automatically through our processor, Stripe.
Yes. For larger or annual orders we can invoice and accept bank transfer against a purchase order. Contact us and we’ll set up billing that fits your procurement process.
It’s month-to-month with no lock-in contract. Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by reaching out, and you won’t be billed for the next period.
