Identity included — not an enterprise add-on
When you integrate a third-party tool into Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, authentication is the first security review. Meeting Room 365 extends Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace — not a parallel password database your IT team has to babysit.
SSO by default
Admin, Visitors, and native apps use the same Microsoft or Google work account. Conditional Access and MFA flow through the IdP you already vet.
No SSO upsell
Single sign-on is included at $9/room. We do not gate identity behind a higher tier or professional-services package.
Delegated identity
No proprietary users table for staff SSO. OAuth through Microsoft and Google; verified work-email sign-in (legacy / EWS) runs on Google Cloud identity infrastructure.
