Overview

Amazon Fire tablets are the most budget-friendly option for deploying meeting room displays at scale. Starting at a fraction of the cost of other tablets, Fire tablets let you roll out meeting room signage across your entire office without breaking the budget. Meeting Room 365 is available on the Amazon Appstore and supports Fire OS's built-in Show Mode for a seamless kiosk-like experience. Fire tablets also support Amazon's managed device features for enterprise deployments.

Getting Started

Set up your Amazon Fire Tablets as a meeting room display in just a few steps.

Create Your Account

Sign up for a free trial at admin.meetingroom365.com. Connect your Office 365, Exchange, or Google Workspace calendar.

Add Your Room

Add your meeting room calendar in the Meeting Room 365 admin portal. Configure display settings, themes, and branding.

Install the App

Download Meeting Room 365 from the Amazon Appstore on your Fire tablet. Open the app and enter your display URL.

Lock & Mount

Use Fire OS's built-in screen pinning or Show Mode to lock the device to Meeting Room 365. Mount your tablet outside the meeting room.
