Yes, you can reach out and initiate an upgrade any time via email or chat. If applicable, we will issue a refund for the unused portion of your bill, or a pro-rated credit.
Yes, email and chat support is included with each plan, and is available during normal business hours, M-F (excluding holidays). Please note that support may not always be available due to differences in timezones.
Your card will be charged on the one month or one year anniversary of your initial payment, usually on the same day of the month. Contact us if you have any questions!
